This site is operated by Bidwell Home Buyers (Bidwell Consulting LLC) ("we", "us"), based in Chico, California. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request or enroll in our text messaging program.

Use of this site

This site gives general information about how we buy houses and lets you request an offer. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted. It is not an offer, a contract or an appraisal. Any purchase happens only under a separate written agreement signed by you and us.

Text messaging program

Bidwell Home Buyers (Bidwell Consulting LLC) offers one optional text program: messages about your property inquiry (request confirmations, scheduling and offer updates). You opt in with the checkbox on our form. It is not required to submit the form or to do business with us.

You must be 18 or older to enroll.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email tyler@bidwellhomebuyers.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy policy.
