Once we have agreed on the price and terms, we will send you a simple document via DocuSign. We can go over this together, or you can review it by yourself.

After all parties have signed, our transaction coordinator will reach out to you to schedule a closing date. If you are local, you will simply need to sign a few documents and receive a check at closing. If you live out of town, all closing docs and your check will be sent to you via overnight delivery.
