This site is operated by Bidwell Home Buyers (Bidwell Consulting LLC) ("we", "us"), based in Chico, California.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, and the property address and details you share. We use it only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough and communicate about a possible purchase of your property.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.
Information is shared only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our website host and text messaging provider), and only as needed to provide those services.

SMS terms

Our form has one optional text consent box. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Bidwell Home Buyers (Bidwell Consulting LLC) at the number you provided about your property inquiry, such as confirmation of your request, scheduling and offer updates. Consent is not required to submit the form or to sell your property to us.

Cookies & tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site (for example, pages viewed, clicks and scrolling) so we can improve it, and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to relevant audiences. These tools use cookies and similar technology and may collect device and usage information. Clarity does not record what you type into our forms. Our website host and font provider may also log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings, and read how Microsoft handles Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect your information

Your information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored with reputable service providers that use industry-standard security. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your inquiry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed.

Photos you upload

Photos or details about your property are used only to evaluate a possible purchase. We never post them publicly without your written permission.
